Which one is better I honestly don't know what is zone is throw anything and man everyone is open I know defense is always gonna suck it shouldn't be this bad.

I ran man for the first half of the year then switched to zone.. and zone is just soooooo much better if you can make quick adjustments. I feel like I absolutely cage people compared to when I was running man... even my run defense got better when running zone

I'v heard that defense runs slightly differently depending on what generation of console you're on. So that might have an effect on the answers you receive. I play on next gen and personally, I struggle more against good zone players. So I would say zone is stronger.
