Try using Mark Andrews or George Kittle. They are young guys who are crazy good at using their size and speed and (of course) staying in bounds.

I am running a 50/50 packer theme team and running Kittle and Big Dog at tight end. I like honorary lineman and Big Dog vanguard. Kittle is great when I lean on him for the passing game but he is a phenomenal blocker too.
If you are running a packer TT or like to run the ball, I highly recommend that duo.
I think Andrews or chiefs are both good options unicorn is good too

I think engram is probably most underrated, he gets free route tech and he catches everything. I use him as wr2
depends on whatyou do. i run a 50/50 Bucs TT and one of my non-TT guys is Kittle bc he has elite run blocking and honorary linemen. i run his way a lot, but there aren't many better. He's NAT for me as well from challenges so not bad IMO.
