Can someone please explain how some people can play a single defense and blow up the run, lock down crossers, corners and deep balls? is there a YouTube video everyone is watching? Lol

The vast majority of players run the same plays out of the same formations. Good players recognize these looks and how to stop popular plays. Also if you can adjust quickly it's more advantageous to come out in the same play so your opponent doesn't know what is coming.
