So lemme ask this question: I open a pack and get a GT. I create a GT. I then get that player, right? And it also goes into packs for the rest of the year?

Yes. You will receive the player before it is released to the public/in packs.

kinda a small thing but didn’t Younghoe Koo get a GT card? So that would technically mean you could make a kicker, although it would be kinda a stupid choice tbh

That was a Dev GT, not one of the community made GTs.
