Trae Waynes PU 95. His highest card is only 93 but he powers up to 95 with 97 SPD/97 ACC. I haven’t tried him but the card looks pretty good for a budget team. You might be able to do this closer to 100k coins. 

Use the 50k extra coins towards Denzel Ward TOTY with 96 SPD/97 ACC. He has great coverage stats and the card plays great. He’s usually around 200k but sometimes you can get him around 170k-180k.

I also agree with Filthy45. OOP Metcalf plays a lot better than his stats and he is well within your budget and has good height as well.

95 ghost richard sherman is incredibly good, you can probably get him for 120k
