I quicksell my small eggs and keep medium+, I pulled a LTD  and made like 800k within 200k training

Are you set on coins and training? If yes I would quicksell and reroll for a better egg.

If you're short on coin I'd keep them they may turn out to have decent training to coin ratios depending on how the market shakes out.

Maybe quicksell if you want training.

Keep them safe and always make sure to tell them how important they are even though they’re small.

Feed them snacks and tell them a story every night before bed. 

If you make them feel loved and cared for maybe one day they will grow into large eggs.

Small eggs QS for the same as a 91ovr player. So small eggs should be 90 or 91+. I would just keep them cause you may pull a player that is 94-98ovr out of one of them.
