Why did they stop giving one UL an X-Factor?

For a while there they had at least one UL have their X-Factor pre activated. Vernon Davis, Patrick Willis and Vick all were x-factor UL cards. I forget if there are more than just those 3. I personally think they should make one UL every week have their X-Factor and wish Golden tickets came with them also. I wonder why they stopped making the UL X-Factor players?

It probably has something to do with certain x-factors being op and the decision not to let GTs get x-factors. It would be really bad if all the GTs didn't even make most people teams due to a lack of a good x-factor. So best not to create options that will lead to people not wanting GTs.

You might have missed the fact that on the promotional screens for it, the X-Factor UL cards was a limited time thing only.

So, contrary to the opinion of at least one respondent here, at least one person knew.
