Best defense on current gen?

I’ve been playing current gen because I can cheese on offense and win a lot of super bowls for coins, but what is the best defense to run. I’m assuming man blitz could be glitchy with the right players and abilities but just curious what other people are running and what players and abilities

3-3-5 wide is the most effective for me.

I run 3-3-5 in dolphins playbook so I only have blitzes and zone. I run zone most of the time and blitz if I think I have a chance to sack the qb up the middle.
