Is 99 Darius Slay worth it?

If he is, do I buy him for ~2.5 million, or do I try for the set?

I did the set and it took me about a month just to get all of the pieces.

as for the card he plays great for me, but just buy him if you can

I don't think he is just because he's way too expensive. And their are arguably some guys better then him.

I second buying him if you want him you'll save much more time that way and to me that's worth the coin you might save doing the sets.

In my opinion no he's not worth it. People just see that gold 99 and pay whatever due to excess coins in rotation from so many ea glitches this year and how long the set takes to do. New 99s will be flowing very soon,he will drop in value. He was nothing special for my scheme, aqib Talib played better.

It really depend on how many coins you have and what your team is currently like. If you already have a stacked DB set up and a good amount of coins then yes he is definitely worth it. He makes a ton of plays for me on the opposite side of Deion. 
 

If you still don’t have deion or other top CBs then no he’s not worth it.

There are a number of comparable CBs out there right now. If you really want him still, wait until other high end CBs other than 99 Deion and other easily chemmed up 98 corners enter the game en masse.

When people start reaching Level 71, the emergence of 99 Trevon Diggs will further drop the value.
