I would look into madden for LT 0 ap secure protector and you won't have to upgrade LT the rest of the year. He's a bit expensive but still worth it in my opinion
You probably want a new center as well. I would suggest 95 creed humphrey.
The rest of the oline could use some work as well but we should spread your coins out more.
I would also look into an aka with unstoppable force they create some the best pressure in the game, groot or maniac if you're will to spend, milkman if you want a more budget option.
For defensive abilites you want 0 ap pick artist if you can get it, then a 1 ap ko ability that will activate often in your scheme. For example you say you play a lot of cover 3 you might want to run a deep out zone ko on the corner that plays outside.
