Should the 98 LTD jeremy Shockey get x2 UL WR/TE CHEM because he only get x1 rn.

Other ltds have gotten that in the past. But if it's that's what EA wants him to have that's what he will have. I don't think they've said LTDs have to get 2x ul chem boost but I could be wrong.

yeah I haven't heard that either but it would be really weird if he was the only ul ltd to not get 2x ul chems.
