Youll have to play a lot of H2H if you only have 20 CP....
That would be a great free answer. Cheap would be Quadfather but hes lagging behind. Flash and Gus are expensive.
Any of the Dline Xfactors as well.

If your on a budget than yeah he's a really good budget option since he's free

For d-line recommend frank clark and nick bosa to put on both sides and they are rentals so they hold their value plus reduxes this week so you can sell them and get them cheaper as reduxes.
