Horn definitely gets some interesting discounts. If you don't use route tech, Brandon Marshall looks nasty. Waller would probably be a decent receiver

Waller is the best out of the bunch. 

He's the only player that isn't crippled by a low stat or ability bucket. 

That Marshall is great until you see the buckets, CAR, and release.
