99 ovr punter/kicker

I have the Justin Tucker and Tommy Townsend but only one of them can become a 99 with their teams respective strategy card. I don’t have the 88 ovr  dak motivator and I’m wondering if there’s any way to get them both to a 99. I run a 40/40 legends tt despite my name.

I believe you can if you run Legatron and Scottish Hammer.

Sadly I don’t have a mil laying around for a kicker since my Justin tucker is bnd

This. It's the only combo that can both be 99 right now i believe.
