the 99++ has a 28% chance to be 98+ 

I pulled Tua from it which in the end equaled profit - if you can afford it from the glitch or farming then I'd say go for it

Said screw it and bought it. Pulled 99 Simmons out of the ++ pack. Rest was  mid
