Current gen. I made sure to log out and quit the game before turning off AND unplugging my Xbox
of course EA Help was less than helpful

My time is definitely off, but I’ve still got 3 hours left. It looks like the clock is running 2x for me since I played around 3 hours yesterday.

When I go to look at my time played like you, it says 0d 0h 0 m.

The lock out when you close the app on PS5 is also a rough one. lots of people having to un-install and re-install the game to get back into the app after closing.

What irks me even more is the fact that I can't even afford to buy the game for the first time in like 20 years, it was Madden or School supplies/clothes for my 9 yr old daughter
Single Dad w/ full custody, and sole caregiver for my mother who suffers from dementia. This free trial actually made me happy and grateful to be able to play a little.
