Custom card creator

I think there should be a custom card creator. I do think we need one and that would be really fun. A long time ago someone made a thread about this and Legend said:

"It's a great idea, but there are programs today that can do this far better then we could"

So I said:

"Does that really matter?"

and he replied:

"This thread is four months old. Don't bump old threads."

But still, we should have one!

Its really hard to develop, and isn’t a tool helpful to madden ultimate team, and with computer programs able to make them better than mut.gg could, it’s kinda out of the picture from my standpoint
