Have yet to include him because I doubt EA allows him or any other CFB players due to this criteria:
Some restrictions apply regarding which player items can and cannot be chosen to receive a Golden Ticket version when creating a Golden Ticket player item:
- No offensive linemen (LT/LG/C/RG/RT).
- No kickers or punters.
- No non-NFL players (Escape The Artist).
CFB players are technically non-NFL players, which is why I have my doubts.

Aren’t golden tickets being released around draft time? I’m sure he’ll be an NFL player and can release his GT after he gets drafted

Golden Tickets come out after Draft, and those who are creating them have to submit their creations before the Draft (before any CFB player becomes a NFL player).
