Probably pretty good. Quay is good with all the boosts and 3 ap for 7 abilities .

still wont be a better user then fred warner, fred is prob gonna be cheaper too

Nobody can tell you for certain as he’s not even in game yet. I would think he probably will not be a better User than Shazier, Warner, or Willis, let alone any safety you could put in that spot.
If you like Urlacher or run a Bears team then go ahead and grab him. Personally, I don’t think he will be better than other options already available.

The game is really at a point where 98's and 99's are really the same card with a different player picture on the front, other than the ridiculous X-Factors that in my opinion are ruining the game. The simple fact that the game dictates that it is better to play a bunch of Safties and no LB's at all is nuts. I run a Legends Theme Team, so Warner didn't appeal to me, but he looks like a fine card. I currently have both Willis and Shazier, and my initial draw to Urlacher is the shiny Gold 99 on the card, but both Willis and Shazier are 99 with Chem boosts anyway, so I will probably pass on Urlacher and save my coins for a different position.
