Unless your wr 4 and 5 see significant playing time(or have situational 0 ap abilities), it's probably better to save the coins.

You don’t but it’s alwyas fun to do. I got Waller and Dalton Schultz as wr 4 and 5 beccause they’re good 99s lol

Yes unless they see the field, they dont need to be maxed.

in most formations no but having a 4th receiver in like five wide sets at 99 is good. if you run tight end sets you do need two 99 tight ends.
