It hasn't as far as I know.  The trade block has always been available for me from Madden 16 to its closure this year.

This has all the signs of a boardroom decision rather than one that has anything to do with customers. 

I suspect their digital card sales have fallen far short of projections, and this is damage control.

And yes, absolutely.  It's so frustrating for the customer base.

I feel like 2K is doing a similar thing with all their bans in MyTeam.
