I don’t have a lineup, and I know that’s what you’re asking for, but I’d have to say try a theme team! Or some type of team where all the players have something in common. I’ve tried this idea and it has worked out great! It always makes the game more fun at the end of the year when content other than GTs is winding down. For examples you could look at MMG who did this in M21, and also might do it again this year. Overall, use your 10 Million coins how you want to and make a lineup that will make the game more fun for you!

Get all the ROH players BND and then fill out with other BND from other programs. 
Draft, SR, MM etc. Thatll fill most of your team out.
