Best plays to master?

I run a 50/50 pass/run offense, and I’m using the chargers base playbook. Started with the Niners, then cheifs, and I’ve cycled thru a couple more. Chargers is my favorite so ill most likely keep it. 
 

but anyway, I wanna try to master a few plays, preferably 3 passes and 3 runs. Basically any play in the chargers playbook works. My wrs are Moss, Deebo, and Devonta Smith. RB is king Henry, Herbert is my qb. 

I want to use practice mode to do it too, so if there’s any settings or anything I should be aware of, please let me know.

A lot of it depends on what your opponent comes out on defense.
