Training earlier in the year was expensive, so 9K for a TVP would equal around 30-40K coins per roll.  Training now is worth close to nothing, so 29K per roll is 30K+ coins as well.  The cost has remained the same.  They updated the cost each time to reflect the prices of training.  It seems you are learning an early lesson on why gambling is bad.  Be thankful you are losing pretend digital video game currency and not real-life money in a casino.

Seems like EA is still trying to recoup the training they lost from the Sugar Rush glitch.

The Christmas glitch is where it all started.  Pathetic loser company penalizes the players who don't use glitches.  Everyone who used the glitches should be banned it is against the rules this fraud of a company put out.

So the 29k training roll should absolutely not spit out anything under 55k? The 29k training cost about 35k coins to buy right now. Let me get this straight, you want an automatic 20k profit on every roll? You fit perfectly with this madden community

When it glitched yesterday it was pretty good though

29000 and all I kept getting was 80 ovr platinums and common strategy cards. Why’d they increase the price for the second time this season?

Yeah and guess what, the market prices would get super inflated then, because that would mean you are breaking even everytime you open a TVP. Training would go to 1.5+ per instantly.

Exactly bro, people like this are crazy, if you profited 20k everytime you rolled TVPs the market would go through the roof because the TVP would be straight profit every roll. So, all these 98s you are buying for 400k would go to damn near 750k.

They have for sure increased the odds on the low end strategy items. With that pack increase, I feel like I pull more of them than ever before.

I keep expecting it to be different, so I try again another day... another grey strat. Now if I want an LTD, I just wait for it to drop in price or give up on the dream entirely because the TVPs are an unjustifiable gamble

Its not unbalanced. The TVP has stayed the same all year except for the price and the market adjusts to the TVP, not other packs. Does it suck when you get back to back silvers, sure but if they took them out of packs or lowered the price the market would shoot up.

Here’s my whole hearted opinion as a pack addicted scum. they needa either drop prices or do what op said. I’ve spent at least 3 mill training on tvps this year and I’ve noticed every price hike they get worse. At one point I pulled 2 ltds over a 2 day span and now it seems to be grey strats and the occasional 80 ovr platinum from the dolphins. They hike prices to 29k because they “updated” it but nbd notices it. The other titanium ones were a scam too imo. Just shows that we shouldn’t open packs but that’s not rlly gonna stop me. Nothing else to rlly do in the game either, considering everyone manages a glitch when I’m away.

Everything with training is just terrible. Player rerolls are bare minimum and I pulled 24k coins from 120k training

while You have a point and I respect it, pack odds have noticeably dipped for me. Maybe it’s a change in luck, but I’ve noticed with the price hikes the odds have gotten worse for a ltd.
