Depends on how pullable EA wants gts to be, but I expect them to have similar pull rates in tvps to LTDs. I wouldn't be surprised if they are more than a million coins at launch.

Hopefully it isn't 8-10 mil per top gt at first like previous years which had horrendous pull rates at launch until people complained enough.

It's all random, pretty much so it could be on your first pull or you may never pull one.  It sucks but just the way things are.

In Madden 21 the first day GTs were in packs the tvp there cost 4000 training but any ways I had 8000 training and the first pack was a 50k coin quicksell and the second was a GT then I pulled 3 more all year so it's very random. At least in madden 21 it was and 22

I'm sure it'll be damn near impossible. Lotta peeps gonna be burning up their training with a bunch of green and gray strat cards to show for it.
