Milk Man look like he gets a better X-Factor as well as better general stats, but worst speed and accel. Milk Man is also less expensive. Any advices ?

Milk Man is not only a cheaper option but a better choice in my opinion due to his x factor which has broken the game and is hard for for a lot of players to stop
