This formation is driving me crazy,no matter whom i choose to cover i cant slow this madness down.Is there a formation or coaching adjustments that can at least slow it down.Ive had a little success with nickle over cover 3 sky but even that gets beat 75 % of the time.Any help would be appreciated.
Anybody care to chime in?
I‘m no expert but get burned when I run cover 3 against 4 WR sets. The seams in the zone coverage are too easy to exploit. I have more luck stopping this with Dime cover 4 palms.

Thanks,i will try this.
I run empty quads a fair portion of the time. You are correct the seam gets exploited and when it's covered there's usually someone standing around wide open. Like the other poster mentioned cover 4 palms can help, but I'd also use a zone blitz, personally.
If you are running and aka end by chance try this...In your nickel over run the SS blitz and make sure he's at the line. Use your aka end and pair up the blitzing SS on the opposite side of your aka back. If you can get fast penetration he won't have time to exploit the seam. Obviously, you would be usering the middle. Make sure your blitzing SS has high accell
When I run mine I will use flash to run a short route across the middle for a quick dump pass if he's getting penetration. I also will run Tyreek hill right beside him and have him run the identical slant. It can be very tough to stop especially if I use playmaker successfully.
