Can Someone Summarize AP Change?

Not home and have not seen a thread that explains what changes are.

They changed the max AP on both offense and defense to 6 instead of 12. Basically GC and RoH cards are the most valuable cards right now cause they get 2 0 AP buckets. Aaron Rodgers is up to 1.5 million as well. They released new Backyard Baller players today that get passive X-Factors for 2 AP each so basically a third of your total AP. Personally, it’s a good gameplay change but a crummy business decision by EA.
