I need help urgently.

I have 5m and wanna build a team. Still have free ul (so basically 6m), my bnd toty, and I have pola mao. I don't know how to build a team. I love big fast recievers/tes and I don't really run. No scheme on defense either

Well it depends do you wanna run TE at wr because I’m running Waller and OJ Howard at WR both are 6’6” with 99 speed and good route running and if you want a big TE Tony G is a a good move. If you want actual WR then there’s 98 overall ROH Herman Moore who’s 6’4 ROH Moss who’s huge and even the free Calvin were all grinding for eventually gets up to a 99 there’s tons of options and you can do just about anything with your coin stack

I see everyone talking about getting +1 or 2 speed on their players but I don't know how. Is it a strategy item? And yeah I'd be completely fine playing with tes at receiver if they get a combo route tech/short in/matchup nightmare for 1 ap

Yeah theres Strat cards we can earn from promos that give speed boosts for your whole team. 
Sugar rush gives +2
