Last week I had 300points sitting there forever. Naturally, nothing costs that little. Then they had a special on some pack (one of the step 1,2,3 "bundles) and the first pack was 150 points. So , I said "why not? It's just going to go to waste anyway).
Well, they gladly took my points....... then some stupid "error happened". My points were still gone but my pack wasn't there. Still....to this day.
It's only 150 points but still. They charge you for every little thing....give me my stuff!
