With your amount of coins I’d get ROH Deion since he can get 2 0 AP abilities which is huge with the new AP update

I revised your lineup for you. I completed the ROH Deion set and chose Kevin GLover and Darren Woodson as your NATs. I also replaced Amon-Ra with Ceedee Lamb, and replaced Jeff Okudah with Richard Sherman, as you can save AP with Sherman as he gets Deep Out Zone KO for 0 and can catch INTs without PA(from what I’ve heard.) I also brought Maniac and Reggie White with your remaining coins, leaving you with around 150k-200k left over . You can let me know if you have any more questions.

I'd probably save it for GT's (Targeted for May 18th per GMM). But this is what I'd look into.  

Offense:
C: Any 98+ C with 0 AP Post Up
QB: Aaron Rodgers with the 2 AP for THE QB stack to save you 1 AP (there should hopefully be some GT QBs with this)
WR: Moss with the 2, 0 AP abilities

Defense:
Secondary: Any of these newer guys with 0 AP Deep Out Zone KO, I'd try running one or 2 of these even without Pick Artist - Link
Pass Rusher: Maniac with 1 AP Unstoppable Force, or LT with the 2, 0 AP abilities
