me too im level 50 in madden , 46 in mut ..i didn't notice any special helmet or rewards either ..i basically ignore it completely...

Might reach out to help.ea to see if they can escalate it.
I’ve also been Madden (not MUT) level 50 for a few weeks. I think the only reward was uniforms for the yard

I'm skeptical to rely on them, considering the last post I did there was with that Tom Brady Zero Chill challenge that kept crashing and seems they never fixed it nor could get the crash to happen, I've posted a new topic there and just roll the dice I guess.

Any resolution to this?
Having the same issue and playing on PS5. It is stuck on 398000/398000 champions 49 and needing 10000 To get to 50. I’ve played all day and it gets close and then when you log out it resets. Frustrating but rank 50 is unattainable

I am in the same place. Been stuck at lvl 49 for months. I assumed that crossing lvl 50 was not possible.
