I think he will. But then again it wouldn't be mut if a deserving player didn't get a 99

I could see that. He’s really the last “big” legend corner that hasn’t had an upgrade yet, so I could definitely see him getting a 99 UL soon. 
 

B Dawk, Troy P, R Lott, etc are all in the same boat and are likely getting upgrades soon.

Jason Sehorn 99 coming soon. Revis is due though, would love to have him as my endgame slot
