Fan Appreciation is usually a promo which, as the name suggests, is meant by EA to show how much they appreciate the MUT community. It will usually introduce new packs to the store which are supposed to be the best packs in the game, as well as challenges which usually allow you to pick any previously released GT along with other rewards. Last year we got Ed Too Tall Jones CB and scrambler Tom Brady which upgraded to 99 with tokens earned in the challenges.
Rookie Premiere is a program usually released near the end of the MUT year and is the only program which carries over into the next Madden game. By completing Rookie Premiere sets, you get a 99 overall rookie player for this game and tokens to redeem for lower overall rookie premiere players in the next game.

That is the point of the promo lol. But hey, EA can believe what they want to believe about themselves and us if it means we get free GTs.

Fan appreciation is ea’s attempt at thanking you. Main part of that is the fan appre pack with good pack odds.
Rookie premiere is to get 99 versions of new upcoming rookies and to give you a headstart in the next game

The packs used to be like 10 cards in a pack with crazy odds usually 90+ everyone ,now it’s dogshit and your lucky to get 92+ ( fan appreciation)

FA is one is the best promos of the year and last year they released 2 amazing cards Scrambling Tom Brady and Ed Too Tall Jones CB and they started 94 and through a series of challenges you could upgrade them to GTs and this was really good but idk if they will do this for this year but that’s where the packs come in Since M17 Ea releases the most juiced packs all year and that is FA. Rookie Premeire is where we see some of the best rookies get 99s and 93 and these cards could either go to tokens or players for M24 which will be 86 ovrs and is great boost for the start for M24 and that is FA and Rookie Premiere
