If you can only get one I would say pick artist. It's a shame it works this way but pick artist helps your corners make the more routine easy interceptions you expec your players to make. Acrobat is useful but if your player misses the int it can lead to crazy yac for the opponent.

Maybe I’m crazy but I have found that Taller DB’a animate better with Pick Artist and smaller DB’s animate better with Acrobat.

I would say pick artist. Acrobat is a great ability but it is quite circumstantial. Pick artist works in more situations and helps against tall meta receivers.
