Engram has a 97
Glinch has a 96
Evans has the 99 BB :P
Shepard sucks but I wouldnt be shocked if he gets an upgrade
JT needs one as does Zeke
Ham is the only FB to get consistent upgrades for FB
Ware has his 95 legend
Bush has a 98 TD
Judon has the 97 BB :P
Chinn has a 98 MM
ORU has a 98 TD
Sneed has a 93 CH2
Hunter has a 98 TD
Humprey has 98 TOTY

Engram has a 97, Chinn has a 98, Hunter has a 98, Humphrey has a 98, Bush has a 98, McGlinchey has a 96, Amani has a 98, Demarcus Ware has a 95, etc

Panthers:

Ikem Ekwonu - dev team keeps trolling the panthers by giving Ekwonu upgrades with no discounted SP

Terrace Marshall Jr - dev team trolled the Panthers by giving Marshall a MLB card with no 0 AP Lurker, when LBs need Lurker to animate. His offensive card is only  a 91, so an upgrade with his size would be great

Donte Jackson - he normally gets an upgrade which at the time, makes him one of the fastest CBs in the game and common to find on teams. this year, still a core gold

depending on abilities a 99 shep could be a great card… it’s hard to remember but in the beginning of this madden his team affinity card was insanely good when those cards were relevant. He hasn’t had an upgrade since but that’s understandable
