You definitely do not. I have earned every Comp Pass player in the game this year and play no online. There are 29 Solo Battles per week, and you get 1 CP for each win

Look, you are trying real hard to convince me of something that just isn't true, at least not for me, and any others that I know of. Maybe you are experiencing some glitch, but I am telling you that I have earned every single Comp Pass player this year, doing nothing but Solo Battles and Comp Pass objectives. If you do them all, at the end of Week 2, you will have 202 CP.
