Most important motivator

Even though both are outdated who do you guys think can still benefit your team as a backup/starter.

I think it doesnt hurt for sure but if youre already 99'd out probably isnt doing much.

I still have all the AKA/Gronk as backups.

I would say Terror. If you have 99, it's not very necessary, but Tornado boosts Guards who are already good. However, Terror boost your WRs/TEs blocking, whose blocking stats are most likely not good anyway.
