Why do the Theme Theme Remix Players not have discounts?

MUT.gg literally says Ikey's 92 has discounts when upgraded to a 99. When i bought him and upgraded, he didn't. Suggestions?

saw a YouTuber had a few of them to 99 with discounts so maybe it's your try powering them down and back up
