I usually always come out in cover 3 (big nickel over g)just to give the one high safety look because people love to bomb it and then i audible to something else and mostly it baits people into throwing a pick

I usually start out with cover 3 match then audible and make adjustments throughout the game based on my opponents scheme. If i’m mad then ill just run mid blitz

cover 2 contain + spread and if they don't run it up the gut they either have to throw it away or get sacked

Hard to pick just one. Lately I’ve been running Nickle Blitz 2 with the flats at 20 yds. User Tiki Barber in the slot and get pressure or sack 50% or more. Usually after a couple plays they recognize he’s gonna keep coming so I user Sean Taylor (ROLB) off the edge and drop him into the open for a pick. 
 

Otherwise Cover 2 Man out of Dime 2-3-6 is something I use a lot.
