I was wondering if backfield master is improved catching on all rb receptions?
Got the gus bus redux to try stacking him and flash and I noticed he has 2 0ap abilities and one of them is backfield master. Is it worth it if I already run HRM on my qb? Ty
It's probably worth running on Gus since he doesn't get another 0 ap ability in that slot anyway.
The catching improvement is only supposed to be on routes out of the backfield. So if you pass to your rb from gun empty you're not supposed to get a boost.

Ok ty. But if I run like Texas a lot pr similar plays its basically like short in and out? And who do you recommend for best rb?
I’m still using Warrick Dunn personally. I like short in on him. I don’t feel qualified to give a good recommendation but flash is probably your best RB
to answer your first question second, and thereby prove my mother right in not being her favorite,
backfield master or mismatch are not supposed to light up from empty. If you can do short in and already have HRM I would do that but if you pass from the backfield it’ll look very similar. The important thing isn’t the catching, it’s beating man and mismatch, short in and master will all do that although my favorite is master, because it adds the routes and includes the catching if they’re on the sideline

I was using AKA backs for a little bit but they just weren’t fun. nothing against anyone using them but I liked having more AP to spare and I liked not depending on them. Dunn is cheap, 99 speed and gets free short in, so eventually yeah I’ll grab emmit smith or something but for now we wait

Are you running a cowboys tt? And a random question you might not know. But do you know what happened to mission mut? It keeps saying I have only competed 150 stars out of 450 but there are no other lvls to play.

No I just liked his build in madden 21 and i think I used him in madden 20 but can’t remember
as for mission mut id double check wizzles write up from a few weeks ago, or hope somebody pops in. Maybe making a separate forum? I’m not much of a solos guy, so I can’t tell you off the top of my head I’m sorry :/
The best rb is Flash. Thats why everyone is using him. The AKA rbs are all really good even Quadfather is still good but expensive AP wise. Barry Sanders is great and so are Walter,LT and the GT rbs. You can get flash for free doing the AKA solos,that's what I did.

Yes you should get a boost from it not sure if it's the same as you get from short in and short out. I'm of the opinion that the Gus or flash is the best provided your using their x-factor
