any way to sync old gen and new gen ultimate team?

I upgraded consoles and wanted to know if there was a way for your old ultimate team to sync with the new one. just got on yesterday and looks like i have to restart the whole game

Are they same company? Like PS to PS or Xbox to Xbox? If so, should just have to sign in but you lose champs/SB for the week. If PS to Xbox or vice versa then yes you do sadly.

I believe your MUT progress is supposed to transfer if you're still in the same family of console ie ps4 to ps5 and xbox one to xbox series x/s. But there's no way to transfer progress if you went ps4 to xbox series x/s or xbox one to ps5.

I thought it sync’d automatically as long as you used the same accounts. I have both versions installed on my PS5 and could play on both versions if I wanted to. I did it earlier in the year for certain challenges or solo battles to make it easier, but haven’t done it in a long time. I converted to next gen last year, so I haven’t tried playing on my PS4 this year.

Note: this is for same family of consoles, PS4 and PS5

Yes, xbox 1 to xbox series x, i havent signed into mut yet so maybe i just need to do that. it made me select a new favorite team and play the legacy game so i thought it might be reset.

Has anyone upgraded from old gen to new gen in between Maddens? I'm going to finally upgrade from my PS4 to a  PS5 this summer before the new Madden drops and I've been wondering if my rookie premier set tokens will still transfer over to 24' for me.

Just to be sure it’s probably a good idea to get the ps5 and log into madden 23 on your ps5 before madden 24 drops
