My guess is that it’s glitched but I’m not sure. It is indeed pretty random. Maybe the original plan was Julius peppers or something and they cobbled this together

This whole promo is rushed last minute it seems. So many players who already have a 98 or are getting a GT, plus the xfactor glitches atm. Somebody definitely forgot a few codes when scripting this program.
