Is there a way to set formation substitutions?

I wanted to see if there is a way you can set up personnel for each formation and lock it in so those players will be on the field when you call the formation without manual substitution. 

Can you set it up where you will always have a certain substitution active for a specific formation? Or do you just have to set it up every game?

Lamentably not in MUT. People been asking for it for years. In franchise you already can so they understand the concept

Ah well that stinks. Guess I'll have to do everything manually.
