Id imagine with a 50/50 tt ,he could become a 99,hes a 98 on my team without it.

with the tt remix boosts you can do it easily one of my bench dt went from a 94 to a 98 might be able to get him to a 99 even

You need the 3 Titans TT Remix players, plus the 2 97 TT Remix players from the pass (Cook/Quinn,) plus the 2 LTD"s from the first TT Remix drop (Dexter Jackson/Denard Robinson,) plus Lester Hayes and finally Demaryius Thomas. Those will give you all 3 of the TT boosts at 3/3. Honestly though, I believe if you get the power run and balanced boosts at 3/3, Henry should be a 99 then, if you're running the Sugar Rush strat.
