If you watch WOM by mmg you will know that there is a wheel spin, called pack a punch,  it is if you pull a lower overall player, you can get the highest option that player has. example: say you pull 88 ovr wr sauce you get to upgrade him to his 99 gt, in pack blitz you only get the bouns if you pull a card and they have either a 99 or 98
