Your team is very good. Probably around a 9/10 if I were to rate it.
It's not a 10 for me since it lacks some double 0 ap players. I would maybe try and get the remaining ROH 99s. Maybe some gamechangers as well since some of them can equip two 0 ap abilities. But those aren't necessary upgrades, but good to have.
For your abilities they look good on offense assuming your on xbox one/ps4. On defense I might sub out some of the reach elite and el toro abilities for KOs unless those aren't good on xbox one/ps4.
Also just a general note about abilities but currently there are only 2 tokens available that allow GTs to use both 0 ap abilities and pretty much every GT in this lineup has it which is impossible to replicate in game.

For offense, see if you notice a difference having Protected on Lamar vs not. I personally didn't notice it when I tried it earlier this year and used the AP somewhere else.
I'd probably throw 1 AP Film Study on Parsons or Chancellor and take it off Warner to save you 1 AP.
I'd also put Deep Out Zone KO on Chancellor and Simmons instead of Deep IN Zone KO as I feel like Deep Out Zone KO works way more effectively. All your call though. If Deep In works better for you, I'd just stick with it.

KAM and Simmons are never in outside zones just my corners I run cover 3 90% of the time. I working on some stuff
