I’m trying to purchase Madden 24 via in game menu. I have been noticing when I watch YouTubers that on both their main menu and after loading in to UT, they have option to purchase game and previously other offers.
However, my game has a picture of a lock 🔒 on the bottom right corner of the box with “thanks coach” picture of Madden. This is where first place to purchase the game should be(main menu).
After you log in to UT l, the middle menu’s should also offer me to purchase madden 24 but the boxes just say “check out the marketplace“ and never changes.
I have deleted and reinstalled, cleared cache, deleted, cleared cache, rebuilt database, reinstalled and joined eaplay to try to fix. Nothing is working. I also checked/re-enabled all the privacy and such settings on console and ea account.
I really want the free GT and the 10% off. Is there anyone that can help me or know what’s causing this?
