Mahomes, despite being hobbled and basically on one leg, won (another) Lombari... but unsure if that means he broke the curse or is just impervious to things that would hamper most mere mortals.  Talk about Mamba mentality, dude is a cold-blooded killer.  Hard to hate on that level of competitiveness, especially after I've been forced to spend so many years with JimmyG, who will sit on the sideline wearing his usual handsome as hell, shit-eating grin if he's got even a hangnail.  Oof, good luck in Vegas, baby.  However, Brady got divorced and finally retired after Madden `22 cover, does that mean the curse is at least 50% effective?

Hope some of that Mahomes vibe rubbed off on Trey Lance during their offseason workouts, heh.  Kyle Banana-Hands certainly won't be learning to develop young QB talent anytime soon, so being within proximity to the greatest QB talent of this generation is the best hope i've got at the moment.  Sam Darnold definitely ain't it.  Purdy, while a lovely story, even in the best of times, i don't envision him becoming an elite caliber starting QB.  Absolutely competent and able to win some games, including playoff games, but i don't think big cock Brock will ever be a top 10 talent.  Anyhoo, i'm getting way off topic, thanks again for all who chimed in and allowed this to become a "trending" topic.

I wouldn't be surprised if Josh wins a Lombardi and Superbowl MVP, a la Patty Mahomes. The new inverse curse. EA is so bad, that they wrap it all the way around until it's good again, liek a sailor/ship circling the globe... all the way there and back again. So bad it's good.
