Can you still powerup devin hester if you didn't max out his card in season 1?

You can buy his power up and 95 ghost card and power him up to 96 but he will only get team chems for teams he played for through the power up. To get all team chems you have to have the full season 1 player.

You’re welcome. I wish they would let people trade that kind of stuff. I have the season 1 Hester all the way powered up but I’m not using him. I would gladly give him to you if they would let me.
